Murugesh has dual master's degrees: an MBA from Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) and a master's in computer applications from MK University.

Francis leads global delivery and operations at Adeptview, driving strategic transformation and fostering a culture of innovation. With 25+ years of experience, he has built high-performing teams and led complex digital programs across industries and geographies. He ensures operational models align with business priorities, enhancing customer value and execution excellence. Previously, Francis served as Global Delivery Head at HCL.

Francis holds a Master in Industrial engineering & postgraduate in Operations research from College of Engineering, Guindy ,Anna University Chennai, India.

Harikrishnan Janardhanan is the Chief Technology Officer and Product Head at Adeptview, where he leads the company's global practices of product consulting, product and platform engineering, data & AI, and CX. In these dual roles, he not only spearheads the product division but also shapes the engineering culture across the organization. With over 25 years of experience, Hari is instrumental in conceptualizing and crafting breakthrough digital transformation solutions for clients across various industry verticals, helping them drive business growth, profitability, and brand connection with customers and partners.

A passionate problem solver and digital evangelist, Hari combines deep business acumen with technical expertise to address complex enterprise challenges. He thrives in ambiguity and excels at crafting clear, outcome-driven digital transformation strategies that enhance customer experience.

Prior to his leadership at Adeptview, Hari held significant roles at CapGemini, HCL, and Antworks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, India.

With a solid foundation in executive search and a proven track record in client success and sales leadership, I bring over a decade of experience driving growth and building high-performing teams. Currently serving as Sales Director at Adept View, I’ve risen through the ranks from Customer Success Manager, leveraging deep client insight and strategic vision to lead revenue initiatives and foster long-term partnerships.

Prior to joining Adept View, I honed my expertise in senior-level recruitment at respected firms including ITHR, Lawrence Harvey, and Kaizen, where I specialized in executive search across diverse sectors. My background in corporate law, supported by a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Amsterdam, provides a strong analytical foundation and a commercial edge in negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

Vadivel Shenniappan has 20 years of diverse IT experience across domains such as Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Retail, and the Public Sector. As a seasoned BPM professional with Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) 14 years of experience in Pega, including ASP.NET, C#, and Process Mining. His deep technical expertise, combined with leadership capabilities, enables organizations to modernize workflows, enhance automation, and achieve business agility.

Vadivel Shenniappan's commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive impactful solutions that transform organizations and enhance business outcomes. He is currently pursuing his Phd in Data science from Vels.

Elan is the delivery head at Adeptview, where he leads global technology delivery, enterprise architecture and platform engineering. With over two decades of experience across the BPM, Pega, and Java ecosystems, Elan is widely respected for driving complex digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact through innovation, scalability and operational excellence.

He provides strategic technology leadership across core service lines including customer decisioning, AI/ML, low-code development and intelligent automation. Elan is known for cultivating high-performing engineering teams, enforcing architectural rigor and delivering customer-centric solutions across diverse industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom and manufacturing. His leadership blends deep technical acumen with a results-driven mindset to enable enterprise-grade digital platforms.

Before joining Adeptview, Elan held senior leadership positions at Citicorp, Virtusa, HCL, Accenture, Infosys and Satyam. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madras University and has obtained multiple prestigious certifications in BPM, Process Mining and Java.

Rajiv is a Director Technology bringing over 18 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) with a strong focus on the Insurance, Banking, Risk and Compliance (KYC), Healthcare, and Travel domains. His expertise lies in Pegasystems (Pega) BPM suite and its industry frameworks, where he has successfully delivered numerous business-critical applications and transformation projects.

Rajiv has a proven track record of mentoring, leading, and managing development teams to deliver high-quality Pega applications. His ability to work closely with customers and understand their business needs has been a key driver of project success throughout his career. Having spent most of his professional journey on-site with clients, Rajiv has developed exceptional customer-facing skills and a deep understanding of enterprise business processes.

Latha Mohan serves as the Associate Director of Technical Program Management and leading Pega/ BPM Practice at Adeptview, with extensive 19 years of IT experience, leading cross functional teams and driving digital transformation particularly in Pega Implementations and other BPM tools, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that undoubtedly contributed to our projects and initiatives. Her proven track record in team work, strong leadership, providing design solutions, and fostering strong relationships with business customers is truly impressive and aligns perfectly with our goals at Adept View.

As a critical and strategic thinker, changes many group and back office operations into automated and digital process for Fortune 500 clients. Worked on compliance and Covid changes implementation by understanding business pain points and solved complex business challenges in short term. She enjoy exploring emerging tech trends and mentoring aspiring developers.

Joshua blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive innovation, growth, and measurable client impact. He joined AdeptView after leading the incubation of a GenAI startup in California and brings deep experience from IBM and CSC (now DXC), where he served as Global Vice President overseeing worldwide delivery teams, horizontal business units, and client portfolios exceeding $1B annually. A recognized U.S. sales leader, Joshua excels at building strategic partnerships, advancing operational excellence, and crafting scalable go-to-market strategies that deliver sustained value.

A U.S. military veteran—formerly an Airborne Ranger and guitarist—Joshua’s leadership combines discipline, creativity, and empathy. Guided by a servant leadership philosophy and a people-first mindset, he fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Outside of work, he’s a proud father and active community member who enjoys fine wine, cigars, cars, wristwatches, and a well-timed dad joke.

Vincent Miao is an accomplished business leader with over a decade of experience driving sales growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong background in fintech and financial services, he has led high-performing teams and delivered consistent success across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and the Middle East.

Vincent has been instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, building institutional partnerships, and advancing digital transformation initiatives that create lasting client value. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the National University of Singapore and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Dr. Ajay Sharma is a versatile business leader with deep expertise in Digital Transformation, Energy Transition, and Sustainability. With a proven track record of leading organizations toward exponential growth and an abundant mindset, Ajay has helped numerous companies chart multiX growth trajectories across industries and global markets. In his role as Chief Growth Advisor at Adeptview, Ajay brings strategic depth and visionary thinking to support clients and partners in achieving high-impact, scalable growth. His guidance empowers businesses to embrace innovation, unlock value, and navigate complex growth challenges with clarity and confidence.

Ajay serves on multiple company boards and actively mentors organizations on international expansion, business structuring, and results-driven execution. In his distinguished corporate career, he has helped grow businesses from modest beginnings to billion-dollar sales pipelines. His leadership journey includes impactful roles at Lucent Technologies (now Nokia), Huawei Technologies (as European Managed Services Director), ZTE (Chief Strategy Office for Veon), Tech Mahindra (AVP – Telecom Network Managed Services), and Dimitra (Board Member and Regional Director for South and Central Asia in the Agritech sector).

Ajay is also an educator and thought leader, teaching courses on Digital Transformation and Finance to undergraduate and graduate students at UIBS Amsterdam since 2020. His unique blend of academic insight and real-world experience enriches every initiative he leads.

Educationally, Ajay is a trained engineer with a passion for systems thinking. He holds a degree in engineering from DEI University Agra, an MBA in Finance from TIAS NIMBAS Business School Utrecht, an LLM in International Finance from the University of Liverpool, and an Honorary Doctorate in Entrepreneurship from Azteca University. He also completed executive studies in Financial Restructuring and M&A at Harvard Business School. Philanthropy is close to Ajay’s heart. For over 20 years, he has led initiatives supporting menstrual hygiene for young girls, free cancer treatment in India, and clean energy access for healthcare delivery.
